Our hours are 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to Noon on Saturdays, Central Standard Time. 

All in stock items can be shipped within 24 hours.  We do require payment before items are shipped.  Items may be returned with a restocking fee.  The customer pays outgoing UPS charges for all outgoing orders. 

We can also special order items for a customer.  All special order items must be paid in full and are non refundable.  The customer pays outgoing UPS charges for all outgoing orders. 

We ship all items via UPS and will issue a tracking number for packages upon request.  The customer pays incoming UPS/trucking company charges on all special order items.  The customer pays outgoing UPS charges for all outgoing orders.
